One More Pic is operated by SHORE AI LLC. This page explains what happens to your photos and your information.
The photos you upload, the choices and notes you enter, and your order details. We do not ask you to create an account. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
Your photos and notes are sent to an AI image service (currently OpenAI) only to create the pictures you ordered. We do not use your photos for advertising, and we do not sell them.
We use Google Analytics and Plausible to count visits and see which pages are used. They receive the page address without any query string, your browser and device type, and an approximate location. Plausible uses no cookies; Google Analytics may set cookies. Advertising features and ad personalization are turned off. Your uploads, letters and order details are never sent to either tool.
Each order has a private gallery link containing a secret key. Anyone who has the link can see and download your pictures, so keep it to yourself. We cannot recover a lost link.
We do not keep your pictures. Uploaded photos and finished pictures are permanently deleted 30 days after your order, and your private gallery link stops working then. The link is only for your convenience, so you can come back and download your pictures. If Stripe gave us your email address at checkout, we email you that link. Unpaid orders and their uploads are deleted after a few days. Please download your pictures before the 30 days are up.
Examples on our public gallery are created by us or shared with permission. Your pictures are never shown publicly without your consent.
